Session Information & Fees
Duration:
Sessions are 60 minutes, with 50 - 55 minutes dedicated to therapy and the remaining minutes reserved for notes and administrative tasks.
Frequency:
Sessions are available weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, depending on your needs and goals.
Fees:
The Fee for each session is $180.
Insurance:
I’m considered an out-of-network provider, which means I don’t bill insurance directly. However, many of my clients use their out-of-network benefits to get reimbursed for part of the cost of therapy.
If you have an insurance plan that includes Out-of-Network (OON) benefits, I can provide a detailed receipt (superbill) that you can submit to your insurance carrier to request reimbursement, if eligible.
Please contact your insurance provider prior to our first appointment to ensure your out-of-network service will be reimbursed.
Cancellation Policy:
No-shows and appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will result in a cancellation fee.
Sliding Scale Availability:
At Sentire Healing, we believe that therapy should be accessible. A limited number of sliding scale slots are available for clients who may be experiencing financial hardship. These spots are offered based on need and availability.

If you’re interested in exploring this option, please don’t hesitate to reach out, we’re happy to discuss what might be possible.

Let's Talk
I know how important it is to find the right therapist. That’s why I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation, no pressure, no expectations. Just a genuine conversation to help you get a feel for how I work and whether this space feels right for you.
You’re welcome to share what’s been coming up, ask questions about the process, or simply explore what support might look like.
My goal is always to help you find care that truly fits, even if that isn’t with me
Confidentiality in Therapy
Your privacy matters deeply here. Everything we discuss in therapy is kept confidential and protected in line with professional ethics and California law.

Nothing you share will be released without your written consent, unless there’s a legal requirement to act, like if there’s concern for your safety or someone else’s, or reports of abuse involving a child, elder, or vulnerable adult. In rare cases, a court may also order the release of records.

My priority is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and free to speak openly, knowing that your story is handled with care and respect. If you ever have questions about confidentiality, I’m here to talk through them with you.
